H-E-B Pharmacy

This pharmacy has gone down hill. There was the pharmacist Larry and a tech by the name of Jen very rude and unprofessional. I made sure I got there names because I never want to deal with them again. I came here from the Allen location because I knew most of the staff that came from Allen. New faces and lower quality. What happened?. There was a big guy there with glasses that was really helpful. He explained why the insurance charged so much for my medication and helped me find a cheaper price with a coupon. What happened to him. I would give him and some of the other staff 5 stars but the other 2 ruined it.q I will be going back to the Allen location since they treat their patients with care.

I was considering having my prescription filled here. But after going over to pick up prescription for my daughter I’ve changed my mind. I went inside to pick up my order. They are slower than molasses’s. It takes them forever to process one order. I like HEB and was hoping I could use them for my prescriptions.

I have used this pharmacy 2 times and both times felt that the people I was dealing with were sharp and on the ball so to speak with the questions I had. This last time I had a concern about the drug and wanted to speak with my heart doctor about the drug after the regular doctor had prescribed it. They had filled my prescription in just a couple of hours. They also understood that I wanted to seek the advice of the heart doctor so they put my prescription back into their supply. I love how you can drive up to pick up a prescription. I have used that once and appreciated that someone walked out with the drugs. I will always use this HEB pharmacy. They are the best!

I’ve not experienced a nicer team of Pharmacists and techs in the DFW. Everyone is kind, patient and willing to go out of their way to help. I’m so thankful this is our local pharmacy after years of being less than pleased elsewhere.

HEB is usually my favorite store, but the Melissa pharmacy has been a nightmare. The inside line is always backed up because all the attention seems to go to the “drive-up.” It’s not even a real drive-thru. It’s beyond frustrating, and I’ve given up on this location. I decided to make the longer trip to the Allen HEB pharmacy, which runs smoothly and seems to care for their customers.
