The Eye Dr was amazing, explained to me my eye health and was very communicated in every question i had and in his advise on my eyes with contacts.Jose was awesome, attentive and detailed in my insurance and how it worked. He let me try on contacts specific to my needs. Very patient. Thank you

I came into this store Friday, February 13 just before 11 AM. I was looking to get a pair of safety glasses with my new prescription in them. There were no customers in the lobby and two females behind the front desk. I did not get greeted when I came in and I walked around looking at glasses for five minutes. At no time during my visit was I acknowledged asked if anything could be helped nothing so I decided to leave. I know it is not a big deal to companies like this to lose a customer, but for me, it is a big deal where I spend my money. Being acknowledged and offered some assistance is customer service at its basic and also customer satisfaction. .

Dr. Allen was very patient and thorough during my vision exam. He performed several detailed tests as part of the vision physical and took the time to explain everything clearly. Very professional and caring — highly recommend!

Dr Allen was great. Informative and helpful. And he's an Aggie so big plus 👍🏾 I was in & out for my eye exam (contacts and glasses) The office assistant (didn't catch her name, pink hair) was very friendly and was able to order the contacts I needed quickly without hiccups. Will be back.
