The staff is very helpful and kind. I really appreciate not having to wait an extended period of time in the waiting area or in the patient care room in the back. I have never been in the office longer than 1 hour. We also were able to schedule my son a sick visit within the same day as a new patient.

Update: I can not believe that your response to me is that I made a poor choice of insurance and also lying that I flat out said I wouldn’t pay. This is the height of unprofessionalism. Did I not inform the lady at the front desk that I didn’t know that I was going to meet a bill and didn’t come prepared? Didn’t I ask if you could see my son and you went inside to ask the Dr and he refused saying I had to pay? Why are you lying? Also which practice does not tell someone prior to an appointment that they have an outstanding balance? I called that morning because your system cancelled my appointment and the guy I spoke with never said anything about outstanding balance? I am very disappointed with this response and how a practice can stoop so low to lie against a patient. Thank God I am

The BEST pediatrician! The front desk is always so nice, fast, and always very responsive. Dr. Hilal has seen my son since he was a few days old, and has always been amazing with him. He is SO encouraging, understanding, and eases our worries and addresses all our concerns. The wait time is also minimal & the appointments are speedy quick. We are so grateful for Goldfish and our beyond happy they are only a few minutes away from our house.

I started taking my daughter here when she was like 2 months old and they are always very nice and make sure to answer all my questions and give me lots of options both medicinal and holistic and always did their best to make my baby as comfortable as possibly by allowing me to hold her during exams or letting me nurse her to keep her calm and they all would talk and interact with her very positively and she was always so happy and smiley with them. I’m so sad I had to move because otherwise I would have just kept taking her here! It was also usually very quiet and not busy at all every time I went. They were always able to get her in quickly and hardly a wait time they were clean and organized.

Went here because my daughter had a bead stuck in her nose. Instead of helping they asked me a million questions. What kind of insurance did I have? How long the bead has been in there? How old is she? Then followed up with you might need to just take her to the emergency room since we’re about to close. It was 40 minutes before closing time. This place is a joke and you should take your kiddos elsewhere.
