My son and I both had such a great experience here. I’ve always had pretty bad anxiety about going to the dentist, but from the moment we walked in, the entire team made us feel comfortable and cared for. Melinda at the front desk greeted us with a smile and fantastic customer service — she even remembered my name, which made such a difference and immediately put me at ease. She makes you feel like family from the first interaction. Rodrika, the assistant, was incredibly sweet and patient. My son specifically said she was very nice, which means a lot coming from a kid in a dental chair! Dr. Singh was absolutely amazing. My son had a cavity filled and said he didn’t even feel the numbing shots. Even better — he told me he’s not scared of the dentist anymore. That alone speaks volumes. P

The facility is spotless and well-organized, and the team—Mel and Sarah—were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Singh is a true professional. I’ve been to almost every dentist office in Melissa, and I’ve never left an appointment feeling this comfortable and taken care of. The moment you walk in, you can feel how warm and welcoming the environment is. Dr. Singh is incredibly sweet and actually takes the time to educate you instead of rushing through the appointment. She explained different procedures to me and even introduced me to saliva testing, which helps assess your overall health, not just your teeth. I really appreciated how patient and thorough she was. My dental hygienist, Sarah, was just as amazing. She took such great care of me and explained everything she was doing step by step, which made me feel very comfortable the entire time. After years of not going to the dentist, Dr. Singh, Rondreka, Sarah, Mel, the whole team was very welcoming, attentive, and personable during every visit. I am very glad I found this dental office; having a location this close to home beats driving out to Frisco. My first impressions were great—the facility is new, the equipment looks state-of-the-art, and the staff is incredibly attentive. ​Everyone I interacted with, especially Dr. Singh, was friendly and polite, making the whole experience very comfortable. I particularly appreciated Melinda, who took the time to clearly explain my treatment plan and break down the costs so there were no surprises. I had a deep cleaning done, and I can honestly say my teeth feel cleaner than they have in a long time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a thorough and transparent dental team.
