H-E-B Pharmacy

I switched to the H-E-B Pharmacy about a year ago because the other Pharmacy I was using was unable to fill my prescription as ordered. All of the pharmacy employees have always been very professional and very polite and taking time to make sure that I was taking care of as needed. I really like being able to go online and pay for my prescriptions ahead of time because a lot of times I need for my grandson to stop by and pick them up for me. I would highly recommend the H-E-B Pharmacy over any other Pharmacy.

Been using this pharmacy for a while ever since CVS fell into the dumpster. It’s an excellent pharmacy, never had any issues or long wait times. Great place!

Pharmacy manager is rude, refused to give me my medication after the robo call said it was ready. This HEB cant even sell safe food.

They offer the lowest price, by far, on one of my main medications. The service is also very good. This is my first time shopping at this location.

I’ve had good experiences here but they’ve become fewer and fewer. I have an rx that requires an injection each Monday. I’m new to it and messed up a vial and lost the dose. So my doc sent a refill prescription in for it 3 days ago. Normally it would’ve filled next week. My issue is two fold: 1.) I checked the app. It didn’t show anything in progress. So I hit “refill” and it showed it was now in progress. Pick up after 9am in two days. All good. I checked today. It’s gone. Nothing in progress. No alert. No email that they didn’t fill it. That’s issue one. Send an alert. Something. This is time sensitive. 2.) I call the pharmacy and I’m told that they can’t fill it early and I’d have to wait 4 more days. (I needed the dose today.) I ask what can be done. She said my doc would have to c
