Groves Center

The staff at the Groves is so caring. They really want the best for their residents. It is so refreshing to see staff that cares. And the Admissions team is absolutely awesome! Made the experience so much easier and they are so knowledgeable!

I want to thank “The admission team”, 2 wonderful ladies that are compassionate, and committed to help me get my God mom into The Groves Center to get her closer to family and friends. Also, want to thank the nursing staff that went above and beyond to help make her comfortable on arrival

I never imagined that in the USA there was such a horrible place for elderly care. I experienced it with my husband to the point that I had to leave him. Lack of hygiene, humidity, lack of air conditioning, lack of professionalism. They register the medication and do not provide it, that's what they did to my husband. The social worker threatened me so that I would not take him. They spend days without collecting the garbage and without cleaning everything, it is truly disgusting. The head nurse told me that they did not have staff, and the majority spent their time talking without doing any work. I experienced it, nobody told me about it. Places like this should not exist.

The Groves Center has a caring staff, a clean and welcoming environment, and they truly go above and beyond for residents and families. Alison in Admissions is very well informed and loves what she does, make sure you go tour their new renovations!

Seems like there are some major changes that have been taking place over there. The facility is getting a major upgrade and the new director and staff seem to really care about the wellbeing of the residents here.
