From the front desk receptionist kindness to the nurse, the X-ray techs to the Dr . They are a great team of people and Dr Plucknette was straight to the point,very thorough . I’m glad I was able to return to the practice after many years and have a positive experience . Great team of professionals!

The office is clean. The staff is professional, warm and open. Dr. Plucknette is very nice, knowledgeable and professional! I am better after 1 visit.

GRO has amazing Doctors, RA's, secretaries, etc. The whole staff, since I've been going there (years), have been nothing short of a blessing to me! They have always take care of me. They do what is in their power to help me at that appointment, plan the next step going forward and overall help you put the plan together with you to get better. They also take very serously, any other issues your body is dealing with, into consideration. I moved 45 min away, and am staying with the group! So worth it!!! I know this is very imperative to many people: Every person I have met at GRO, no matter their occupation, always has had an amazing "bed- side" manner. Hope this helps! Peace, grace and health!

Wait time was just ok. Doctor Plunknett was very professional and experienced with issues such as mine. He treated my thumb successfully. My hand feels better today and I’m expecting it to continue to heal because the doctor in advance, told me what to expect. I would highly recommend this facility and doctor.

Awesome Dr Ben Plucknett and very good office people including the Pa-C I think his name was Dave or Dan!! Dr was excellent!! So was the PA
