I mostly see Rachel Doby for my appointments and she is great!! She listens to everything. I’m always treated with compassion. Don’t let the outside/location of the practice keep you from going. You will receive great care. They accept insurance, but if you do not have insurance there is a sliding scale.

I just switched medical practices and am glad that I did. The offices are new and clean. My care provider was conscientious and inquisitive. I just took a blood draw, which was quick and painless. The operation is efficient and customer-driven.

The entire staff is so great. Every time I have ever been there it has been such a positive experience. The provider Rachel Doby is a sweetheart. The front desk is kind and patient with irate patients too. They maintain professionalism at all times. It’s very hard to find this level of care in this area. I HIGHLY recommend.

My PA was great, however the front desk girls are rude, the paperwork asks a lot of non medical questions and is very repetitive. The nurses don’t know how to draw blood so they will send you out every time. The nurse Claudia is especially rude and incompetent, she has taken my blood pressure wrong each time I came in and was very rude when I suggested I should rest first because she kept getting high readings.

I’ve been very pleased with the care I receive at Goshen Medical Center in Sanford. Rachael West, PA-C is an outstanding medical provider—always attentive, compassionate, and thorough. As a fellow healthcare professional, I greatly value her clinical insight and diagnostic skill. She takes the time to listen and ensures that all of my concerns are addressed. It's clear she genuinely cares about her patients and their outcomes. Highly recommend!
