My 8yo daughter had a procedure with GI. She was an anxious mess for weeks leading up but things went so much better than even I thought they could. On the drive home she complimented the care team with the sweetest statement. She said, “that was such a kind community”. I couldn’t agree more, working in healthcare myself I know how frazzled and impatient providers can be but we felt welcomed and cared for every step of the way. Everyone smiled. It was calm and soothing environment. So very grateful! Especially to Danielle (pediatric GI pre anesthesia and PACU nurse) and our surgeon Dr. Kouassi.

My son went in due to severe headache etc arrived at 10:30 pm and still waiting to get discharged and it’s almost 7am. I’ll take him somewhere else next time. Dr Johnson cared more about having conversations with coworkers then getting my son and I out of there and kept coming up with excuses to keep us there longer. I don’t expect to be in and out of an emergency department in two hours but that is totally unacceptable how my sons care was handled! Then when we had first arrived he said you got a sun burn well I have lupus I told him and it causes the rash! I’m not impressed how he handles patients and the situation.

No stars! The Eating Disorder program is awful. Lack of communication and threats of needing to have training complete to abruptly with little to no notice within 36-hours from meeting adolescent team to discuss treatment plans viable for the family. Family is not defined outside of mom and dad, so not inclusive unless you advocate for your family makeup. Very threatening. Doctor who is specialized in transgender affirming care assigned, so a miss-match with my daughter. Very threatening to do as they say when they say or else CPS will be a knocking. Family didn't appreciate the Simon Says on their terms without really getting majority of details upfront on strict parental expectations. Lack of communication, bare bones in MyChart. Scary! RUN!

Came here after I flipped my car and flew out of it. People seem to not understand that they bring you back based off emergency. If you have to be brought back right away, you are in no means lucky. I came by ambulance, and they got me in right away. They did an MIR and several other tests. My room was absolutely amazing and everything was super clean. the nurses and staff were absolutely perfect. The only reason kids are being seen before yours is because they are going to die. I understand being worried about your child, but to think you are going to wait 30 minutes for an upset kid or a stomach ache in an ER while they are trying to save peoples lives is absolutely ridiculous and honestly laughable. Be happy your child is still alive and wait. Countless other patents would BEG to be in

Horrible treatment by the laddies/ man at the front desk. Only allowing 8 people from our family in the private lobby room by Walmart and sam’s club. The disrespect is off the charts. The whole family is grieving but must be separate? Insanity.
