The only place I will take my animals. They are well cared for and I trust the staff to have my pets best interest. Most staff is down to earth and personable . I’ve been a client for over a decade. I have my preferences with what vet I see because just like having a primary doctor. It’s nice to have one person really know and understand my animals. I can say I have seen every vet in the facility over the years and I have never had a bad experience. They might not always have the best of news (that comes with the job) but, they are up front and will educate and offer all any options as far as treatment goes. Their prices are reasonable in comparison to other competitors. They have helped me and guided me through giving my pets what they needed when they needed it. I have been given another

What a wonderful experience... 🥹 My (now 5 🥴😅) cats have been patients at another vet in Saratoga for more than a decade, and for the most part, we've been comfortable with the care they've received there. My oldest one had quite the health scare over the last couple of weeks, but after 5 visits and thousands of dollars in vet bills, we were no closer to finding out what was ailing her. Not only that, I was told that "it could be pneumonia or she could be dying of heart failure...or it could be cancer." (Huh..?!) To say I was devastated is an understatement. I broke down in the lobby as we were checking out because I thought I was down to my last few days with my sweet girl. But, the straw that broke the camel's back was that they waited SIX days to call to see how she was doing.. and t

We are very happy with Glens Falls Animal Hospital. My family has been taking their animals here for years. I now take my own two dogs here and every time i have visited, the staff has been so friendly. Dr. Kevin is great!! Always feel welcome here and can trust them with their knowledge and with my pets. I can't say enough good things about this place. We brought our dog here about 2 years ago, after he was misdiagnosed with a "yeast infection" from another local vet. Dr. John immediately diagnosed It correctly and healed that issue. We had to bring him back when his arthritis pain just got to be too much for him, and Dr. Laura worked out a pain regimen to give him a little more time. She worked with us for months trying to alleviate his pain with different medications, all over the phone so that we didn't have to drag him back and forth. On August 8th, he let us know that he had had enough. We called them and they immediately scheduled us at a time that was good for us. I've known John since I was in college. He's an extremely intelligent man. I've known Rob since we were young. The unthinkable happened and I had to put my dog down. The overwhelming support I received the day of was amazing. Felicia (front staff), who I've also known for years, made a point to be the only person besides Rob to come into the room to help with payment and removing my dog after he had passed knowing a familiar face would ease my anxiety. John came in and hugged me and offered his condolences. They allowed me plenty of time to sit with my dog after he had passed. I feel extremely grateful for everyone at this practice but specifically those 3 individuals. They treated me and my dog with the absolute utmost respect. So thank you. ❤️
