Geriscript Pharmacy

Script was delayed 2 days and didn't come in until after 10pm, at which time was too late to take it, so I missed 3 nights of my medication. Horrific! ...a few months later, they start sending me bills that they can't explain and won't return my phonecalls.

Completely unprofessional. I called to make a payment. After waiting a little over a minute, a male said "hello" No name, no department. He said someone would call back, and asked for the customer number, which he said began with a letter. I had the account number which is all numbers. He asked my name (he did not ask the spelling) and phone number. He didn't confirm/repeat the phone number. I doubt if anyone will call back.

I was offered a position at Geriscript Pharmacy, and the entire hiring process was a mess. Communication was inconsistent and unclear at every stage. I was told I'd receive a call back on June 19 — it didn’t come until June 20. Then it took four more days just to get my offer letter after following up. I accepted promptly and asked for next steps, only to receive vague responses and delayed texts. When I came in to complete paperwork (after I had to initiate the visit), no one told me which documents to bring. I had to waste time printing them and making another trip back to the pharmacy. Then the drug test was botched with an incorrect code, leaving me stuck at the test site for an hour — again, no accountability on their end. Exceptional Service & Care – Highly Recommend! My mom has been getting her medication from Geriscript Pharmacy and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. From the very first engagement, the staff has been incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and making sure she gets exactly what she needs without any issues. I wish regular non controlled meds could be ordered and check status of medication through phone rep through your company. Nurses are already pushed to the limit and when calling you're passed around sometimes a couple of times to talk with a pharmacist when you only want to know is the medication coming or I faxed the reorder label, so where is it. Also the after hours system is not beneficial at all, it's like you guys shut down at 2pm, but healthcare is 24 hrs caring for the sick. Not to step on toes but Omnicare has a very sweet setup, and I think you'd get more positive feedback looking at how they handle that department.
