The maternity unit at Chilton Medical Center was outstanding. The nursing staff was also great. Stephanie and Kathi were so helpful as well as the other nurses as well. When I was tired and needed sleep, Stephanie took care of my baby in the nursery and fed her. Kathi was so great with my baby also checking on her and feeding her and getting me more formula. The hospital is small so it was nice that in the nursery it was only a few babies at a time. It’s nice to feel cared for after my c section as well. I didn’t feel like I had to rush into mom mode. They let me heal while they helped my husband care for our new baby.

I had an excellent experience with the nurse at Chilton. Genessa RN 4 EAST was professional, kind, and very attentive throughout my father’s visit. She took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made sure he felt comfortable and cared for. Her calm and compassionate approach truly made a difference and helped ease my concerns. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her patients. I’m very grateful for the care my father received and I highly recommend her. I would also like to thank all the other employees from the 4th and 5th floor that worked with my father. It is amazing to see such dedication and care that they have.

I would like to recognize Brandon, PCT on 3 West, for his outstanding care and professionalism. He was extremely attentive, helpful, and compassionate during our time at the hospital. He checked in frequently, made sure my father Raul Rodríguez was comfortable, and always treated him with dignity and respect. Brandon’s kindness and positive attitude truly made a difficult time much easier for our family. We are very grateful for the excellent care he has shown and for his professionalism. Exceptional Maternity Experience at Chilton Hospital – A+++ My wife and I recently welcomed our healthy baby boy into the world at Chilton Hospital in Pompton Plains, NJ, and we are incredibly grateful for the care we received. From labor and delivery to postpartum, the entire maternity experience was phenomenal. We truly couldn’t have asked for better treatment during such an important and emotional time in our lives. From the moment we were admitted, the staff made us feel supported, safe, and cared for. The nurses in the maternity ward were nothing short of angels. I'll start off saying the nurses are kind and always helpful. My admission Dr. Was awesome. It totally fell off from there. It's not possible to get rest in this place. Dr's did not listen to me about not getting in a closed MRI machine. I'm a very high anxiety person and I'm having trouble with intense spasms. I explained 4 times how I will get my own Mri in an open mri environment and that I already had a relationship with a neurologist. Noone listened at all. The said I was leaving against medical advice (AMA). You're absolutely correct. This is my body and let's not forget I'm still the Customer. This in not a hospital that I will return to. You Dr's at chilton have alot to learn about listening to patients. It's a shame that I couldn't have my input listened to.
