Can’t say enough good things about Olga and her staff. I started seeing her during pregnancy to prepare for birth, she gave me exercises, tips for pushing, and ways to engage my core while protecting my pelvic floor. She genuinely cares about her clients and helping them feel their best. Not only did Olga help me achieve the birth I had hoped for she has also been such a vital part of my postpartum experience, I highly recommend anyone going through birth and postpartum to have her in your corner.
