PM Pediatric Urgent Care

We sadly ended up here after a camp asthma episode and we were treated with the upmost urgency and we didn’t even have to wait. The staff and doctor were so friendly! Dr. Ginsberg & her staff were truly wonderful with my daughter and made every effort to make her smile…explained all the medicines and steps administering them. The office is truly beautiful decorated in jungle theme. PM pediatrics had truly great offices but this location was just the best! Might make the trip up back here next time we need urgent care…HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!!

PM pediatrics is always our go to when one of our kids gets injured or is sick outside of our normal pediatrician’s hours. The office is clean, the doctors are knowledgeable, they have x-rays available and there usually is not that much of a wait. I appreciate the online portal for results and updates and the convenience of having them close by is an added plus.

The office is located in such a convenient location. It’s bright, airy, cheery, clean and I loved the beautiful jungle murals on the walls. The staff were thorough, professional, friendly, and I would definitely come back again for any urgent care needs that my kids might have. Bonus for having an xray tech at the office (only for specific hours). Long story short, if I were a kid, I’d want to come here all the time!

Smooth check-in, clean office, pleasant and attentive staff. Felt they listened to our needs and were thorough with examination. It's the closest Urgent Care to Vernon in network despite not being so close but we're satisfied any time we must visit.

Decent enough care and professionals but they left vomit in the bathroom sink. It was really gross and it looks like they tried to clean it but they left pieces dried up on the sink bowl and I think on the faucet handles which upset me since I touched it without realizing. They had time to clean up since it was not busy at all (no other patients except maybe two) and I saw staff sitting at their computers. I was waiting roughly 40 minutes (which is fine I get it) but Idk why they left vomit dried out (vomit can contain bloodborne pathogens like HIV or Hepatitis and infectious viruses like norovirus) for other young patients to touch and come in contact and get sick from. Do better! ☹️ It was absolutely horrific and I knew a staff member there knew about the vomit being there since I heard
