JAMHI has created an innovative health care system that reaches out to people in every walk of life. I am grateful to have access to the top notch staff professionals at the Midtown facility and the Genoa Pharmacy. Pharmacist, Dr. Donna Northcote always makes herself available...even if it means making special deliveries; both she and Technician Willamina are so very nice and quick to serve. There is never a wait. I love that Juneau was chosen to establish this facility.

We are from FL, a long way from home. We are in Haines, Alaska with our RV. Donna has been an amazing advocate for me in ordering, calling multiple pharmacies and keeping in touch with me at every step along our route to getting my prescription medication to me here in Haines. We really can not thank Donna enough for her assistance because I was hitting a road block at every turn. This was all taken care of before leaving home but the pharmacy I was using dropped the ball and I was at a loss until Donna was recommended to me by a Haines pharmacist. Thank you so much.
