I'm extremely disappointed with the dental office's service. My daughter was tearful, and I was trying to offer comfort, but I became the target of criticism. After being forced to leave the room, I discovered that the staff began disparaging me to my daughter. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply upsetting for her. As she put it, 'it made her uncomfortable, and she didn't like it. She thought they were very rude and not nice.' The lady that was sitting up at the front though who checked us in was very nice. As far as the rest of them. Not nice at all and very unprofessional!

Dr Schultz is very good at what he does. He’s also caring and compassionate. The staff from the surgery assistant to the front desk is professional and caring. Making sure you are comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them!

Absolutely great customer service experience!! I had an appointment for some dental work and Megan called to get information from me. She went above and beyond helpful. She answered all my questions and put me very much at ease. I had problems getting a test done at a different facility before my appointment and she worked very hard to get that lined up prior to coming in. When I did get there for my appointment, she explained everything to me and she did an absolute wonderful job!! Afterwards, I called to schedule my follow up appointment. Megan again answered all my questions regarding my next appointments and what to expect. Thank you Megan for all your help!!

First time coming here, i made it clear that i have very bad dental anxiety due to bad experiences in the past from other places and they all heard out and made sure i felt safe and comfortable. They did a great job before and after. 10/10 would recommend coming here to experience the best service!

Wisdom teeth removed. I am absolutely terrified of needles, and after that posed issues for the IV, Dr. Shultz immediately adjusted the plan. I was very appreciative, despite how uncomfortable I seemed. The assistant (her name escapes me now) was extremely caring and comforting. Everything was explained to me very clearly and all my questions were answered. Would return again.
