Juneau Bike Doctor

I took my bike into the Bike Doctor for a tuneup and to have a new rear cassette put on for my upcoming epic bike trip from sea level to the top of Mt. Haleakalā in Maui. I was concerned about the lack of gearing I currently had, and Ken was really helpful in reaching out to the manufacturer (Giant) on what would work or not work. Putting the new cassette on definitely gave me more gears to make that monster climb🤩!! Thanks for all your help, Ken!

Purchased a bike here a few months ago. They helped tune and add some accessories. Bike and the service have been great. I ride my bike all over town.

Great shop! After a big move from Colorado, they did a great job doing a post cargo checkup and tune on both of my bikes, and went above and beyond with a rear rack on one of them. Friendly with really fair prices. Highly recommend.

Great place with awesome service. Checked my folding bike despite their busy schedule and were really helpful when I got lost on my ride to downtown Juneau. Really appreciated when they texted me the route and checked in to make sure I was okay. Highly recommend.

I was visiting Juneau on a work trip, I had a total knee replacement some months ago and decided to bring my mobility walker with me. It was damaged in air transport and one of the brakes malfunctioned. I was working at Bartlett Hospital and they tried their best to fix it, but alas...they referred me to the Bike Doctor. Right away when I entered..."Sure, we'll give it a try." It is now even better than before. If you are traveling with a mobility device (wheelchair, walker, etc) and you have a problem, don't hesitate to call them. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
