Everyone I've spoken to at Genoa through the years has been kind, pleasant, and understanding. They fill my prescriptions fast, and they always have smiles on their faces. It's the best pharmacy I've been to by far.

This pharmacy constantly fails to get my prescriptions filled on time. One of the reasons I chose Genoa was because their stated policy is to "offer refill reminder calls and texts as part of their personalized service to help you stay on track with medications." This policy is not only on their website, but is on their answering machine, AND is the constantly repeated hold message. Today I was told I'll have to continue to remind them. I told them if that is the case, they need to change not only their policy, but their call messages. It was very infuriating to hear a constant message on hold, only to be told they won't honor it.

Carla and Meghan are amazing. They couldn't do more to help each person if they tried. They never get annoyed with me when I ask when a script can be filled. They make sure to ask the people I send for my birthday to make sure it's for me. They are great

hands down the best pharmacy i’ve ever visited. one of my meds had to be special ordered. when i went to pick it up, they let me know that they’ve already ordered my meds for next month so i won’t have to wait to get it filled in the future. they gave me candy and popcorn and just absolutely made my day. i wish i could give them more stars!
