Genoa Healthcare Duluth

This pharmacy constantly fails to get my prescriptions filled on time. One of the reasons I chose Genoa was because their stated policy is to "offer refill reminder calls and texts as part of their personalized service to help you stay on track with medications." This policy is not only on their website, but is on their answering machine, AND is the constantly repeated hold message. Today I was told I'll have to continue to remind them. I told them if that is the case, they need to change not only their policy, but their call messages. It was very infuriating to hear a constant message on hold, only to be told they won't honor it.

Genoa pharmacy is the best in Duluth! Extremely friendly staff, great service, and Genoa makes you feel like family! Love ❤️ GOD BLESS 🙌 🙏

Amazing customer service and very helpful with explaining my medication. There is delivery and options on how you want you meds packed.

Been using Genoa for years. But this was the Second time using this location. Are you Ready...? About ONE hour ago THEIR delivery driver attempts to deliver my medicine, for the SECOND time, because she claims she couldn't get a hold of me yesterday...hmmm, my number was confirmed yesterday and TODAY after calling them to find out why my meds weren't delivered. Something I also think THEY should have called ME about instead, but customer service is practically NON EXISTANT today, so I wasn't too upset about that. Anyway, after a combined 9 1/2 hours waiting for my medication, this brings me to the situation that led to my switch of pharmacies, never to return to GENOA again: Now then, the driver arrives today, calls me to rudely say she is here (to the number she didn't have yesterday),
