Yes, I get into a verbal and emotional battle with this clinic constantly because dealing with the crap that they put us through. I feel that the act team is not so helpful but they do help you but not as much they will threaten you by telling you to try and teach you that you need to learn independence When you’re not in control of the situation and how to help yourself and when the case managers can’t help and they ignore you and they don’t text you back with your desperate time in need. It’s completely useless. not to mention, CBI is apparently always right specially, the act team is not a day that went by that they told me I’m sorry I’ll never happen again or we’ll work on this A lot of the time I wish I got my vehicle Back especially the pharmacy Genoa healthcare if I go to the doctor

Without my asking g they called CVS and transferred all my RX’s. Then I was going to be out of my medication and I was told it was shipped on Wednesday, but it didn’t get mailed out until Thursday. In the USPS it was tracked to Tennessee then back to Arizona. I was out of medication from Friday until my RX came in the mail on the following Tuesday! I weaned myself off due to this being the 2nd time this has been an issue. This is not good business practices when a patient can’t stop a medication cold turkey! Very disappointing!

I love this pharmacy. They are seriously the best and most consistent pharmacy I've ever been to. After going to Walgreens, CVS, Safeway, Fry's, etc..throughout my life. They are better in every way than any of the pharmacies....by far. They always have medications in stock, always are friendly, and take care of business. Thanks Genoa, for taking a load off my chest. I really mean it.

Always show up late. Rude off the bat. I schedule appts around them. I stood there to see how long because my co-worker waited for me. She assumed i had no where to be could wait all day for a ride.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location.
