Genesis Pediatrics

I've been a single mom bringing her only child here for 15 years....and over that time I have noticed a decline in the availability and ease in getting appointments. Due to a work conflict, I had to reschedule my child's yearly annual exam that was currently scheduled for August. The first soonest appointment I could get with her doctor isn't until November. I understand that this is a good office with an amazing staff, but I'm starting to get the feeling that the patient load has become to big for them to handle. It is a little disappointing that a simple annual exam can't seem to be accommodated in a timely manner. Genesis needs to do better, because I know for a fact that they USED to be better.

We’ve been taking our daughter here since she was born and love it! The staff is all very friendly and helpful, and the environment very is welcoming for kids. Dr. O’Brien is great with our daughter, super patient and calming, and (aside from the shots) she enjoys going to the doctor.

We absolutely love Dr. Arigo! She is truly an amazing pediatrician, so kind, patient, and thorough. She always takes the time to listen to our concerns and makes us feel completely comfortable and supported. I never feel rushed during visits, and she explains everything in such a clear, reassuring way. It’s so obvious how much she genuinely cares for her patients. My child always feels at ease with her, which means the world to us. We feel so lucky to have Dr. Arigo as our pediatrician and couldn’t recommend her more highly! From the Ortiz family ❤️

We love Dr. Arigo. She is amazing with my kiddos and was actually my pediatrician as a teenager. They have had a bit of turnover lately with pediatricians but have a handful of NP’s that are all amazing as well. The office staff is always friendly and it’s easy to get appointments. I love the patient portal and how quickly staff gets back to me with any questions I have.

I have brought my now 1 year old son to Genesis Pediatrics since he was born. I grew a little concerned early on, when 2 providers he was assigned to left the practice, but now we see Dr. Arigo and she is amazing! Excellent bedside manner and answers all my questions and concerns. We've had quite a few sick visits which we've always been able to get in same day. Nurses, NPs, and MDs we have seen for sick visits have been great.
