My provider has been attentive knowledgeable, and meticulous in her care. I leave the office feeling that she cares and that I am in good hands. The office runs smoothly, and staff worked in concert to do what was necessary. I would recommend the Gastro Group of Rochester.

My appt. At GGR was very pleasant. I saw Heather Allerton, PA. She was very educated and thorough with my issues. I have seen Dr. Fazili as well, and she was very nice and helpful. I recommend this office highly, as they always tend to my needs. Thank you!

I am disappointed in having a $55.00 appointment charge and having to make an appointment only to be asked a dozen or so questions, when the whole issue could have been easily accomplished with a telephone or video call. I took more time on the phone to make the appointment. Such a process change who improve your efficiency, improve patient satisfaction and reduce cost to the patients or insurers.

Had a quick post-op visit. Found out I didn't keep my foot raised enough and had swelling but was reminded of what to do without any attitude. Did ask for a hyrocodone refill, but it was not called in.
