Fusion Dental - Ashburn

As someone who does not enjoy going to the dentist and avoided it for far too long, I'm on my 3rd 6-month appointment without cancelling. The team (from the receptionist to the dentists) are friendly and thoughtful—balancing emotional intelligence and professionalism. I also feel like this team operates with integrity. I've had dentists in the past tell me that I needed work done, that second and third opinions disagreed with. I don't feel like the team at the Ashburn office will tell me I need something that I don't, which means I will trust them when they say I do need work done.

I’ve been coming in here for years but ever since they changed their business somehow.. (not sure what they changed or who) things have been going down hill. My exceptional dental hygienist left (that should tell you something too). The front desk lady is insanely rude. Every single time I come in, she is so impolite, and heavily pushy with sales. I finally got into contact with my past dental hygienist and I left so fast. I do not recommend.. It also doesn’t help that the first person you talk to every time you come in is so immoral. If you just moved, there are fantastic, affordable dentist offices elsewhere (look towards one loudoun)

Normally I absolutely hate going to the dentist and having procedures done, however the team at Fusion Dental Ashburn completely changed my mind. Dr.Darar and her staff never leave my questions or concerns unanswered and always help me understand what is going on with my oral health. Highly recommend this practice and its friendly staff.

This office is a total joke. The customer service is atrocious rude, dismissive, and completely incompetent. There’s so much staff turnover that it’s honestly hard to tell who actually works there from week to week. Every visit feels like dealing with an entirely new, clueless team that has no idea what they’re doing or who you are. On top of that, this place is painfully money hungry. They seem far more interested in squeezing every dollar out of you than providing actual dental care. You’re constantly being pushed into unnecessary treatments, surprise charges pop up with zero explanation, and billing questions are met with attitude instead of answers. It’s clear this office prioritizes profit over patients, which probably explains both the chaos and why no one sticks around. Disorganize

Staff is VERY professional. Calming, thorough, detail oriented, and judgement free. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new dentist or if you’re worried because you haven’t been in a long time. A+++
