Fruitvale is an amazing place! I have notice staff is very trained for any situation and is very well kept up with housekeeping! They keep really good cnas and license nurses on all shift!! They prioritize the patients needs and do the best they can with patient accommodation!

This establishment is truly exceptional for your beloved family member. I am a regular visitor to this establishment. I highly praise the committed staff who look after the individuals residing in this establishment. Some individuals may have impractical hopes when it comes to healthcare facilities, particularly nursing homes. The notion that everything should always go smoothly in a nursing home is a mirage. A nursing home serves as a sanctuary for our loved ones when we are unable to provide care ourselves. I am grateful for the compassion they show when I am unable to be there. The work they do is undoubtedly challenging. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Fruitvale for their dedication.

DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY TO THIS PLACE!!! The administration is RUDE and doesn't care about what you say. I have never been so disgusted about how people in this line of work talk to family members. They removed my family member, never CALLED anyone and now wants to LIE and say they called. I have pictures of how this place looked when they moved into place. Clothes gone missing. They went missing for days and no one called to let us know this. Once they did - told us to make a police report. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE‼️ How do you remove someone and don't call family

My mother is in this facility. We have popped up there many times without them knowing we was coming and my mom was laying in bed diaper had not been changed we bought my mom several new clothes each time we go her clothes are missing and has been mixed in with other people clothes that stay there and we have a sign stating that family will wash clothes. The staff is very rude and is only there for a paycheck. I have threatened to call the state on there facility. Everytime i call to speak to my mom the staff will answer than have me on hold for 15 minutes acting like they cant find the phone. It is overall a horrible place to put your family.
