I had a great experience at Frontier Oral Surgery in Lady Lake, Florida, especially thanks to Lorie on the staff. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the whole process feel much less stressful. Dr. Karpovck took the time to answer my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. His kindness and professionalism really stood out and made a big difference in my visit. It’s clear he truly cares about the patients and goes above and beyond to provide great service. I highly recommend Frontier Oral Surgery to anyone in the Lady Lake area looking for a caring and professional oral surgery team.

If I could give this place no stars I absolutely would! I came in for oral surgery, scheduled at 8am. I have never been here before and saw “if door is locked please call” so I did. Well the lady opened the door and said “we don’t open until 8am” and I said “I’m understand, but I seen on the door it said to call and I’ve never been here before.” And she said “oh well that’s for deliveries” and because she seemed upset with me for calling I said “well it’s 8:02” and she did not like that at all and rolled her eyes and started scoffing, so I told her “you know what, just refund me the money I paid and I will find someone that actually cares about their patients!” I had to spend 15 minutes arguing to get my money back and have them threaten to call the police on me, honestly because I feel th

I’ve read some of the bad reviews and am telling you now, ignore them. Not only was this office cozy and decked in wonderful Christmas decoration it was very clean in there. The receptionist is Soooo nice. She reached out to me prior after I had missed a call from them. She instantly struck me as a caring person. The surgeon was awesome. Dr. K was very friendly and informative, he made me very aware of everything going on around me. This is a good place to go if you enjoy great service and dental care. Go see it for yourself!

The office was clean, modern, and calming — which really helped with my nerves.The doctor and staff took the time to explain everything clearly before the procedure, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I was referred here a few years ago. I have been here 3 times as I can not go with sedation. Dr. K and Lori are amazing people. I will always chose to come over anywhere else. They treat you like a person and give you complete undivided attention. Great group here I could not ask for a better dental experience.
