Froedtert West Bend Health Center Urgent Care

If I could give a zero star I would. Jeffery brewjo was my doctor for my visit and he was just rude. He completely disregarded what my worries were and made me feel like shit for coming in the first place. What a joke! Some people shouldn’t be doctors.

What a great experience!! I had made an appointment online, but was able to get to the clinic earlier than my scheduled time. From the Froedtert employee that checked me in, to Chrissy the RN who worked with me, the physician assistant that examined me and reviewed my course of treatment, everyone was amazing. Even though the clinic was very busy when I was there, I was treated as if I was the only patient in the urgent care. As I was walking out of the room, another RN took the time to say good bye and hoped I felt better. I was just in awe how the whole care team helped me. By the time I got to my car, I was notified my prescription was ready to be picked up. Worst experience ever with the Optical Care department. Your better of going to Shopko Optical in town.

Wait for your primary or go somewhere else. This place offers the worst level of care. Baby with rash over entire body and we were told it was baby acne. Second trip to primary to find out contact dermatitis. Two visits with crying child and was told he was teething and sent home. Thankfully children's hospital noticed the double ear infection. I go in with flu, tell them it's flu they charge me for and make me wait 29 hrs for test result then tell me it's past the 48 hours for tamiflu so they won't do anything

Every time I have been to this urgent care they have been nothing but accommodating and helpful. When they are short staff they are not afraid to let you know, they are always trying their best, they will check in on you and they will always go above and beyond. Every single time I've been here I have always felt that my questions and my needs for not only myself but my family have been taken care of. I highly recommend going to this place and I will even wait hours just to go here because there's no other place I'd rather go to. And I just want to let the ladies know that you're doing a fabulous job and I really appreciate you.
