Genesis Back & Neck | West Bend

I just finished a decompression therapy treatment plan at Genesis Neck and Back for a pinched nerve, and I’ve had a really positive experience so far. The treatments were comfortable, relaxing, and easy to tolerate, and I noticed steady improvement in my nerve pain and mobility over time. The team did a great job explaining the process and setting realistic expectations, and I was told my results should continue improving over the next 2–3 months, so I’m looking forward to seeing how things progress. The customer service was fantastic—everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my care. If you’re dealing with neck or back pain and looking for a non-surgical option, this is definitely worth exploring.

I have a history of herniated disc injuries occurred 2015 & another in 2023. I have had on going chiropractic care , PT . I am very active but since the last injury the pain never went away. I was started on Gabapentin & had a steroid injection in June of 25. It helped back in 2016 but not as much this time. The spinal decompression eliminated all lower back pain. I stopped taking Gabapentin. I occasionally need anti inflammatory but my low back has greatly improved. I can lie on my back without pain & can remain active. I love to bike, hike, & play with my grandkids. I still experience numbness & tingling in left foot but it has improved significantly. I wish this would have been available in 2015 after my first injury. Would have been more beneficial.

I have periodically experienced severe sciatic pain radiating down both legs for the past 4 years due to bulging disks in my lower back. The Genesis process offered a non-surgical way to help heal the disks and potentially eliminate the pain. The Genesis process for me required 24 visits over 12 weeks of 20 minutes each. In each procedure I laid on my back and the Genesis machine was used to stretch my back. Each procedure was essentially painless and the time passed quickly. OMGOSH!!! I had kinda given up on my back pain. I had seen an advertisement for genesis several times. So I finally decided to check it out. Was skeptical. Had my consultation thought hmmm maybe it would help. Let’s just say… thank goodness I went forward with it! I literally have almost no pain anymore!!
