Bright Side Pediatric Dentistry

My children saw Dr. Goodell while she was working in a previous dentistry position. She originally stood out to me because of her colorful sneakers.😍 Anyone choosing to wear vibrantly colored shoes in today’s neutrally palleted society is an instant approval for me. I knew she would be fun and down to earth. When she opened up her own clinic closer to home, it was only natural for us to go along with her. Dr. Goodell has an incredibly gentle approach, even with parents. She is kind and passionate not only about her work but her patients too. She really likes to educate and her staff are just wonderful! It is obvious they were all hand selected to make the perfect team. The last time we were there, my 2 year old son told me I had to wait in the waiting area. This was his 2nd routine visit.

Another great experience! If you have a kiddo that is anxious about the dentist, this team will work through it and change their views completely I promise you. Dr. Goodell and her staff have gone so far above and beyond (even with an after hours emergency which is far past her call of duty) to keep your children as comfortable as possible while still handling their dental needs. I’ve referred several other families with similar struggles as we had when it comes to the dentist, and all have shared similar appreciations. 10/10 recommend hands down!! Thank you all for all you’ve done to overcome our babies fear surrounding the dentist!

We tried taking our kids to our normal dentist, but they were so scared every time - nothing they were doing wrong, just the way it was with them. We were referred to Bright Side, and we honestly couldn’t be more impressed. Their customer service is top‑notch, scheduling is super easy, and everyone I’ve interacted with has been so nice and really takes care of you. Our daughter had to have a tooth removed, and they were amazing with her. Dr. Goodell explained everything clearly and made the whole experience so much less stressful. Any time I can recommend them, I do!

Dr. Goodell is such a wonderful dentist for my children! She has a wonderful staff and a wonderful location making my daughters comfortable to go there every 6 months. I cannot recommend them enough!!! Best pediatric dentist in West Bend 100%! Love this business!

Dr. Goodell and her staff are amazing! They are patient, great with neurodivergent/special needs children, clean, efficient and take the time to thoroughly explain things. The facility is beautiful and we love the staff!
