My daughter and I recently switched Dentist's. West Bend Dental Center was AMAZING! I was greeted kindly by the front desk and my cleaning was a breeze! The staff was friendly, and talked me through everything. My young daughter also loved it!! What kid says that about the dentist?! Glad we made the switch to West Bend Dental!

We have been loyal clients since 2005. Overall experience has been good. Recently called with an emergency for wisdom teeth and received little to no help from front desk with getting a referral for oral surgeon or options for being seen. It would have been so appreciated.

Major HIPAA violation when you call a 36 year old man’s parents. Very unprofessional. We will never be back! Edit: see how they invalidated me in their reply? Exactly why we won’t call or be back haha.

I was at West Bend Dental today for a cleaning. My hygienist was Ruth. I have had Ruth clean my teeth for years. She always does an amazing job. She is gentle, professional and thorough. The clinic is modern and clean and has up to date equipment. I was greeted by Lily who was friendly, personable and efficient. Whenever anyone is looking for great care for their teeth I always recommend West Bend Dental!
