These pharmacists, technicians, and staff do not miss a beat and they are a truly exceptional team doing a largely thankless job. Each and every time I am there, as they busily fill what is no doubt a never-ending influx of prescriptions, the entire staff could not be more accommodating and friendly; no small task for this group of all-too-often underappreciated, overworked, yet CRITICAL, part of the healthcare industry. It is often much easier to criticize, but this team works hard from the minute they open and often until long after their closing time to help patients. Thank you very much to the entire FoxCare Pharmacy team.

The past four times I have gone here they do not have any of prescriptions ready. I call and get the text beforehand saying my things are ready. Since being an accident in October I have to find rides, so it is really inconvenient and frustrating going there with the answer saying it’s ready but the past 4 times not ready and not even being worked on. The ladies were incredibly rude the passed 2 times going and I do feel comfortable with them taking care of my health needs. Do not recommend if you want to be on your medication consistently, they have made me miss 2 meds , 4 times now.

They didn’t fill my husband’s vitamin D prescription because it wasn’t covered and then were shocked he still wanted it filled. The supervisor is rude as all get out. I’m sorry isn’t your job filling prescriptions? Get. It. Together.

I just moved here from California while I had been waiting for my medicine to arrive at Walgreens I called FoxCare and they had the medicine I needed. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was so nice and helpful great customer service.

Good but meds are never ready when they call you to pick them up.
