I've been a long time client. I've had lower back and neck surgery within the last 5 years, and have been getting massage therapy before and after both procedures. In the past I've tried chiropractic treatment, acupuncture and physical therapy with no relief. I find that massage therapy works the best to help relieve the muscle spasms. Anyone who works on a computer for their job should get a massage at least once a month.

Heather has been instrumental in helping me manage the pain I have from herniated discs. I highly recommend her!
