I saw Dr. Somers recently was a benign skin condition after being a pt of hers for over 15 years. It was an extremely poor experience. I paid out of pocket ($350) to have benign skin lesions burned off. I felt disrespected when she spent more time exchanging knowing glances with her assistant to “not exceed the 10 spots she was charging me for” after many years of being her patient when she would brag about being “a bag counter” and consistently exceeding the 10 spot removal policy. Not only did I feel like I was trying to exploit her services but she burned 2 spots ($35 each = $70 dollars) in her haste that were moles and left me with 2 dark rings around them and nothing was removed. I will not be returning for what I consider to be a less than a satisfactory experience and poor prof

Had such a pleasant experience at Flower City Dermatology. Erin Manoles took great care of me and Tara was wonderful at the front desk. Highly recommend Dr Somers office.

Was very satisfied with my visit to this office. It is so hard to find specialists accepting new patients, but this office was and the staff and provider I saw were all excellent. Happy that I now have a dermatology practice I can see. Highly recommend.

Flower City Dermatology is the BEST! I am so impressed with the office and staff. Honestly, the best medical visit I’ve had. The receptionists are kind, warm, and ready to help. They make you feel valued and welcome. The physicians are knowledgeable and personable as well. I appreciate their investment in me as a patient and human. 11/10 recommend to anyone & everyone 👏

From the beginning of my scheduled appointment to the end, was the best experience I have had to date at a Doctors appointment. The waiting room was clean and spacious with some fabulous art. The receptionist was friendly and very inviting. The wait time was expected but short. The assistants to the MD were engaging and very professional. Dr.Somers is very knowledgeable and explained about the procedure before we began. She settle my nerves and made sure I left with understanding. I can guarantee that I will be back for my yearly checkup and will recommend her to any of my friends and family.
