FirstHealth Family Medicine - Sanford

This is for the new Office off of Horner. Not the Beech Tree location. I love Beech Tree. This place was awful. I love First Health but Kelli Tillman, the Nurse Practitioner over there was not good at all. She refused treatment for a chronic condition for a family member that was documented for years prior. They failed to pull records despite our repeated request and when my Husband had a painful gout flare up, she discharged us instead of treating him when I brought it to her attention. I was also in the middle of a cancer diagnosis when she decided to discharge us and my three children all to save herself some trouble. I do not recommend them at all. I have been seeing the providers and staff at this location for over a year. My initial reason for seeing them was for a real health scare, and every step of the way, they were pleasant and patient as we all navigated getting to the root cause. The provider and staff listened to every concern I had AND made necessary referrals within to help me. Every time I go into their office, they great me with a smile and pleasant demeaner. I couldn't ask for a better care staff and team. I would recommend anyone to start or continue their care journey here!

My son is in daycare which means he is always sick. This Urgent Care is by far the best care we have ever received! I don't even get the same for him at his actual pediatricians office. My son has always had a fear of doctors, and doctors office. (The pandemic and constant testing when Covid created his fear). All of the staff is extremely patient with him and always willing to go the extra mile. Dr Eric has been so great every time we have had to see him and my family and I are beyond grateful for you and the staff here! Your great bed side manner does not go unnoticed!

It's been a while since I've seen Dr.J but as always, I am so impressed by the care and time taken by all of the staff to address my medical needs. From check in to my nurse and Dr. J, it was so refreshing to walk into a doctor's office and have people listen and care about you as a person. The wait time was non existent as opposed to other places where you wait for an eternity to have the doctor only spend 5 minutes with you at best. She is still accepting new patients and while it may be a while to get in, you will not be disappointed. On a side note, at looking at their reviews, for some reason they are not all good but they are back before Dr. J moved into this clinic back in November 2022. Thank you Dr. J and team for being amazing.

Always a pleasant experience with regular checkups and sick visits with my entire family at this office! Treated with respect and care every single time. The staff is all very friendly and SO patient and tolerant of my twin toddlers that can be a handful 😉
