FastMed Urgent Care

So I go for a pre employment drug screen amongst other things. It was rolling fine and then I start to get annoyed starting with the provider named Brooke, First she going to ask me questions with an undertone I did not care for. Then it was time for my second drug screen with Dawn who wants me to wait an hour to use the restroom again and would not give me anymore water. Then the reception girl Anna has a problem with how she talks to people. They voided my drug screen because I went to my car for water. I will be going elsewhere for my drug screen I’m just mad they wasted my time sitting there any longer than I did. Avoid this location as there are other testing locations in the area.

Ultimately, the care you receive here is good and thorough, and everyone is very professional and knowledgeable. The only reason I can’t give a higher rating is that I went online first thing in the morning and made a 12:05 PM appointment (so I could go during my lunch break from work). I ended up missing time from work anyway because, although I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, I wasn’t seen until more than an hour past my appointment time. If appointments can’t be kept, they shouldn’t be offered.

Fastmed is a wonderfully convenient and excellent place to take care of your non emergent medical needs. The staff is always friendly, quick and thorough. I have been to fastmed for everything from wound care to routine examinations and my care has always been excellent. Thanks to this local gem.

Ana expedited the process of getting registered in no time. Brought back within minutes of finishing registration. Michelle was top notch with knowledge and expertise on medical issues my daughter was experiencing. Definitely will be back!

The provider Michelle was very rude and disrespectful when my daughter was seen today. I followed up with the office after her dad called to inform me how the visit went, and even then she was very rude and nasty with me. When he asked her should the medication be available at the pharmacy in about an hr or so she stated to him, “I don’t know, I don’t work there” and walked off. That’s obvious, if they came to FastMed and she’s employed there. I asked to speak with her supervisor, bc she continued to give attitude. Her response was she isn’t here, try again tomorrow. I’ve never had a problem here previously, staff has always been helpful. Not so much today.
