I accompanied my father for an appt with Dr. Ward. I was very impressed with his thoroughness, thoughtfulness, and bedside manner. There was no rush and I felt like he sincerely cared. Additionally, the woman who did the initial intake, Kate, was excellent as well. After his appointment, I’m considering switching doctors for myself. 🙂

Like many of the reviews here, the front office is Clearly an issue. I have had inconsistent scheduling, and recommend to get your schedule in writing. I have never seen anyone in the front office smile and Kaylee, is very passive aggressive. It’s very apparent that she doesn’t need to be working with people and like many people I will be changing PCPs. It’s so unfortunate because the front office is the face of the business yet that’s their biggest problem. Every time I leave this place I’m emotionally drained. After today, I will not be going back.

Mixed Experience – Great Doctors, Poor Quality Front Office This clinic is very hit or miss. The doctors themselves are wonderful—kind, patient, and truly take the time to listen. However, the front office and scheduling staff leave a lot to be desired. I strongly recommend asking for a printed or emailed confirmation every time you book an appointment. I’ve had multiple experiences where the scheduler confirmed one time (like 11:00 AM) but booked me for a completely different time (like 10:30 AM), causing major confusion. One time, I checked in for my appointment and waited in the lobby for nearly two hours, only to find out later that the front desk never actually marked me as checked in—so it was recorded as a no-show. I love my doctor is wonderful and listens to my thoughts and ideas and acknowledges them. However, the atmosphere of the front office is not great. The receptionist are not very welcoming or friendly and whenever I have to call in, they are very short on the phone and barely talk. Going to the doctor can be stressful for some and a welcoming first impression can help with that…they unfortunately do not. But again, I have loved all the nurses I have had and I love my doctor so it’s worth it for me.

I've been a patient here since 2022, and today marks why I'm looking to switch offices and PCP's. Number one, Dr. Molly Thompson was good at the beginning. She listened to me about my mental health problems, and actually seemed to care. But as soon as I got psychiatrist for my mental health issues and medications, she changed. She started throwing meds at me to lose weight, pushing me to have gastric bypass surgery when I just started a business, and ignoring problems that I've really needed help for. Today, I call asking to make a same week appointment as I've been dealing with gastric issues for a bit and I need help feeling better. The receptionist doesn't even ask me what works for me, she just assumes I can automatically do a 1:30 appointment today, which I can't, then says an 8:30
