Dr. DeVleming was very helpful and considerate today when I went in for a medical eye concern. He handled the situation very gracefully and made sure that I and my partner were aware of what was going on and how to proceed. I was also helped by Logan, Sarah, and Matthew during my visit who were all very friendly and great. I'd definitely recommend Pullman Vision Source.

TL;DR: A couple issues that were frustrating but not prohibitive. Overall satisfied with the service and final product. Every staff member at Pullman Vision Source, notably Sarah, Matthew, and Dr DeVleming, who I interacted with were great. Scheduling an exam was easy and the exam itself was fine. I had to have my pupils dilated, and immediately after I was taken to the big and bright sales floor to pick out frames & lens options. It was very difficult to see what I was looking at, and although the staff (whoever you are, I didn't really see much of your face) was helpful, I was annoyed at the task of making an expensive decision right when I really couldn't see well. Homines qui hic laborant sunt periti et amici valde, and I've worked with both doctors and most of the front staff over the years and everyone has been that way, very proficient professional and friendly. The diagnostic tools are regularly updated to state of the art as are the doctors' medical expertese. The staff is keen to help with scheduling, repairs, insurance (LaSharr, Logan, Sarah) and finding and fitting cool but economical frames (last year Matthew and this year, et tu Maria)

Pullman Vision Source is as smooth as can be. The helpfulness and politeness by the front desk with appt scheduling and insurance was amazing. I had the pleasure of thorough eye exams, contact fittings, and knowledgeable expertise from Dr. DeVleming in the past and now Dr. DeWald! The paraoptometrics and optical tech were efficient and helpful. Thanks!

Dr. DeVleming and team always great, Maria very helpful in getting my new glasses and making adjustments to my old ones, highly recommend. Thank you
