10/10 from start to finish. I appreciate always being given various options with the different outcomes explained and weighed. Every person I’ve encountered working here has had top notch customer service that comes across as both genuine and true concern for my wellbeing. Parks Family Dental makes me smile!

Super friendly and helpful staff! My dental hygienist, Alaina, was awesome! Dr. Parks was very efficient! Absolutely wonderful experience! I highly recommend this office!!

First, I rated four stars just because I reserve 5 for magical experiences. Sad to say, but a dentist visit probably will not be magical. At least for me. That being said, Dr. Park’s office is amazing. Seemless transition from Dr. Brubaker. They treat their patients with care and have all new and improved equipment. Plus they have all the same office staff who are amazing as well!

Wonderful dental office!! Assistants, hygienists, and the dentist are all so kind. They never pass judgment on their patients. Wonderful cleanings, they make sure you are comfortable multiple times throughout the service. They are thorough and make sure patients are informed and educated about their mouth health. As long as I am in the area this will be my dentist!

My hygienist was terrific—thorough, already well-informed about my history, and very pleasant and considerate. The office used totally up-to-dare equipment—for example, digital x-rays, so no exposure to radiation. The practice is run well, so everything was smooth and on time.
