Review Update: A couple days later. I want to provide an update after my initial review. The general manager reached out to me again and followed up on my concerns in a timely manner, which I appreciated. The prescription pricing error was corrected the very next day. I did have to return to pick it up, and this time I went through the drive-thru, where I was helped by a kind and professional employee. That interaction was much better. It’s possible that my original experience was the result of one individual interaction rather than the entire staff. That said, the overall environment still doesn’t feel as welcoming as some other pharmacies in town. I do believe additional customer service and communication training would be beneficial. Excellent service from knowledgeable and helpful staff. Sids is also a great place to keep updated on vaccinations. Service is vastly superior to local chain pharmacies in my view.

Thanks to friends' recommendations, I started using Sid's Pharmacy not long after moving to Pullman 7 years ago. The entire staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and speedy--I wouldn't go to a major chain pharmacy if they paid me to switch. From the owner to the pharmacists to the pharmacy techs, everyone treats customers like me as individuals, which is exactly what you want from a pharmacy. And lastly, they stock great candy & cards, too!

Been a long-time customer of Sids, we miss you Sid (and are delighted when we get to see you on very random occassion these days) but wonderful, hardworking staff always.
