Exceptional Urgent Care Center and Telemedicine

My first visit to this urgent care due to insurance change, and they exceeded my expectations. The nurse and the doctor (both women) listened carefully to my concerns and responses to their questions. No rush job at all, yet I was in and out in less than an hour including the short wait to be seen. Very professional, yet friendly and caring. I will go here again if I need to.

Exceptional urgent care is great. Dr. IM is a wonderful diagnostician and gets to the problem right away. He facilitates testing at other facilities and his staff in particular Jabell (sp?) is very responsive and friendly. I cannot recommend them enough.

Dr Im is the best doctor that I have ever seen. Dr Im treated me several times throughout the year. Today, I took my best friend to him because I knew he could help her. He is a miracle worker. Thank you Dr. Im. I will continue to praise you forever!

Wonderful experience. The wait was less than 30 mins as a walk-in. They took great care of my partner, took her pain serious, and gave her appropriate medicines and care. The doctor seemed definitely knowledgeable and was nice, the front desk person and the nurse were very kind, the nurse was skilled with the injections as well. Not a huge cost either, very affordable price for the whole visit. We'll definitely come back here if we need an urgent care visit!

Worse experience at an urgent care. I came down to Florida with a cold and laryngitis 4 days before going to this urgent care. I feel that Dr Im did not listen to me about what I believed led up to this and he made up his mind that it was allergies from Florida gone crazy (I do not have problems with allergies plus I had it before getting here. He kept saying “get it out of your mind that you are sick.” ( I had yellow/ green snot, severe head aches, tired & felt feverish…sinus infection I felt like) He put me on prednisone & Zyrtec and that course of treatment really messed up my body. I suffered from acid reflux & severe heart burn and felt horrible for a long time! Avoid this quack!
