Everbloom identified and put language behind a few nagging concerns I have been experiencing, but hadn't been able to communicate with other medical providers. I have been putting off this kind of care specifically because I am not a mother or expecting. I am so grateful for Stephanie and her practice. She took the time to listen, then shifted to educate me on what short term shifts and long term progress can look like, and how we get there, along with some body work. I feel well equipped to implement a few take home exercises given as well. I started seeing Stephanie around 24 weeks pregnant for pelvic floor pain, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. After a free introductory Zoom consultation, she was able to clearly explain what was happening and gave me a proper diagnosis that finally made everything make sense. After just my first in-person session, I felt instant relief. She sent me home with simple, effective exercises that were easy to follow on my own. She also used cupping and applied KT tape on my stomach, which helped reduce a lot of the pressure I had been feeling. My session with Stephanie was fantastic! I’ve had pelvic health PT before and this experience was completely different. I love Stephanie’s approach recognizes it’s important to look at the whole body and not just doing internal work, which seemed to be the majority of my last experience.
