I was surprised how fast, efficient, and courteous the people working at this location were. It was our first time there, and registration was simple. My son was seen quickly without an appointment and tested for strep. The results came back quickly, and it was incredibly convenient to fill the prescription at the pharmacy on site.

The West Duluth pharmacy feels like walking in to see family. Thanks to pharmacy technician Shelby, West Duluth pharmacy is my first choice. The atmosphere Shelby created for my boyfriend and I has made that decision. Shelby, and other pharmacy staff, never fail to go above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs are met. Outstanding team on staff, thank you for all you do!

I use the pharmacy here. They are a typical Essentia Pharmacy. But there is usually a line for the pharmacy, they are a bit slow, and they often don't have my (common) medication in stock. UPDATE 12/2021: Lowered rating to 3 stars due to consistently waiting 15 or more minutes to be helped. My last experience was picking up scripts (which were 100% ready to be picked up) and getting a flu shot (ONE person ahead of me). This process took close to an hour. I listened to the pharmacist chat with the guy ahead of me for close to 15 minutes when the shot takes less than 5.. I was out of the vaccine booth in 3 minutes tops. One good thing is it is directly on the main bus line so it's easy to get to and from here.
