THANK YOU to the gentleman pharmacist (should have gotten his name) working today, 7/22/22 around 3 p.m.. My NEW doctor prescribed a NON-insurance covered generic Metformin XR which he caught and, after discussing the problem, filled the normal insurance covered prescription I had been using. He explained the doctors don't know insurance coverage and I explained I recently changed doctors (and why). I am so used to paying high prescription costs and probably wouldn't have even noticed if this pharmacist wouldn't have caught the error. Thanks again and God bless for taking good care of Deb M. today!!!
