E.S. Dental Care

I’ve been calling this office because I did a filling there and it cracked, I feel pain when I eat. I text nobody responded I called went straight to voice mail. So I hav to come here to leave a review. If that’s how you guys work by not responding to people that’s bad. Because the filling is cracked and I just would like for the dentist to see it because it’s hurts when I eat and nobody answer my text nor my calls for whatever read I don’t know. Not even to respond to my messages. But the day when I had my filling appointment y’all responded to my text tho. Crazy.

Today I had a wonderful experience at the dental clinic. Thank you very much for your care and professionalism

Worst place ever that receptionist Maria is rude and don’t have any professionalism at all went for my appointment at 2:30pm and I arrived 13 minutes late and Maria told me that doctor Engin won’t see me and she wouldn’t give another close appointment saying that there’s no other appointment available until September or December, I even told her I don’t mind waiting until the doctor is available she said no once you miss your appointment that’s it and there was nobody in the waiting area, I left work early but at this time traffic is bad so I explain that to her still it was a no she’s disrespectful and rude….. It was unfair and if this is the type of service your clinic is providing as customer service y’all gonna loose a lot of clients…. Maria shouldn’t be at the front desk at all….

I love this dental care office, from the front desk, especially Sophia, to the dental staff, especially Maria. They are so good at their jobs and kind and caring. As for the doctor, I find him to be so skilled and qualified. I trust him hands down with my dental care. And while he may not be fake and pretentious, which is a factor in any business that deals with the public face to face, he does what is needed quickly and accurately. I would much rather that than to have a smiley dentist (that I had before) who’s sweet as pie, but I needed two extractions and a root canal while under her care. I've been going to this dentist office for years. The staff have always been friendly. Today, I went in due to tooth pain. The doctor immediately faced in the opposite direction towards the computer and said "what's the problem?". I cut him some slack because he was probably tired. The doctor totally dismissed my pain and mansplained wisdom teeth to me. He barely asked me any questions. I was looking for him to explain the options I have regarding my wisdom teeth and give me a referral. The receptionists gave me more information on what to do and were so sweet compared to the doctor.
