Long Island Pharmacy

Today is the 15 of october and when I try to call, the message says it is closed for the holiday. I don't know what holiday is today, but this is not good service. I waited until 11:00 a.m. to call.

Great pharmacy - it would be so much better and more convenient if there was a way to refill your prescription after business hours. 😁

I usually would not think to post a review for a pharmacy, let alone a pharmacist, but I wanted to come on here to point out the kindness of a particular pharmacist: Mose (I apologize for any spelling errors in his name) After many phone calls between my insurance and the very patient staff at LI Pharmacy, we eventually got onto a three way call. Mose remained on this call for over an hour as we got transferred multiple times eventually ending up with a supervisor. Mose, who has never even met me, remained an active advocate for me with a supervisor from express scripts who was incredibly rude on the line. Their quick service ensured I got my medications immediately, and their caring staff took the time to address my questions and needs with genuine empathy. This pharmacy goes above and beyond, making them a must-visit for anyone seeking quick, compassionate service. This is very important for me as patient because I have jumped all over for normal service.

After of dealing with CVS for a year, I’m so glad I found this pharmacy! Long Island Pharmacy always responds to requests and questions quickly. They have the option to pay for local delivery and they even respond to messages through Google! The shop is small, modern, and clean. The hours are different on some days, so check Google or call them to see when they’ll be open. I definitely recommend Long Island Pharmacy!
