Straight Set Orthodontics - Hewlett

The staff was very helpful and my kids teeth looks insane. It’s like heaven on earth. The receptionist is a sweetheart and place is also extremely clean. 10/10 place. BRING YOUR KIDS HERE.

⸻ I am writing this review to share my recent experience as a private patient. On January 5,2026 at 5:00pm I called the hewlett location attempting to obtain an invoice for payment, I spoke with a representative whose tone was very rude and unprofessional. When I calmly asked for her name due to the manner in which I was being spoken to, she refused to provide it and became upset. The call was then ended abruptly. I would be embarrassed to hire an employee who lacks professionalism . This interaction was very disappointing and not what I would expect when dealing with patient billing matters. As a private patient and an individual who works in the Dental field myself , I believe respectful and professional communication should be standard. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that

Don't use this practice! Ever since they took over a previous orthodontist practice which I was happy with, there's been no communication over who are actually the orthodontists working in the practice (and it is constantly changing). Also, when you call the practice, you can't get through to anyone in the actual office (only a call center), and no one returns messages. I left a message on Sunday morning, and I have yet to hear back 2 days later (and have called 3 times since then-also not being able to get through). It is so frustrating to deal with a practice that you can't get in touch with. I will be switching practices. I would recommend not using them! Follow-up-I finally got through yesterday after 5 phone calls back and forth with the call center trying to transfer me to the offic

I was a patient of five town orthodontist before this new practice took over. I dislike it very much. They are unprofessional and seems like everyone is disorganized. After paying off my bill. I can never get a follow up appointment. All of a sudden the ortho is never there on the date I use to see her. I stopped trying and will never recommend this place to anyone!!

The staff are really kind and helpful ! They helped me figure out a great payment plan for my Invisalign. 10/10 would recommend.
