I had a great experience at Five Town Animal Hospital. The staff was so kind, patient, and caring toward my pet. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my pet felt calm and comfortable. The doctors are knowledgeable and really care about the animals they treat. The facility was clean, organized, and welcoming. I left feeling confident that my pet was in the best hands. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate vet

We have been seeing Dr Waters and her crew for a handful of years now. She's great with bulldogs! Recently I had the joy of fostering one of her hospice cases who is no longer on hospice and has made a very nice recovery. It's so incredible! Although she still needs support she's alive and living her best life! We just visited Dr Waters at her new location here in hewlett. Five Towns Animal Hospital is a beautiful little Hospital that offers so much more than anyone could ever imagine for their pets. I highly highly highly recommend Five Towns Animal Hospital. PS we come all the way from Kings Park to see them! Worth every bit of traffic on the southern state parkway! Anyone that's concerned about the new ownership please don't fret! Give them a try I doubt you will be disappointed!

I am so thrilled with the care my dogs get at Five Towns Animal Hospital. The staff is kind, and compassionate in addition to being excellent Veterinary professionals. The office runs efficiently. One of my dogs is fearful at the vet. The veterinary's there take extra time and care to make sure he has a positive experience. We have been using these veterinarians for years at their practice in Merrick. Since, I live in the five towns, it is just wonderful news that they have joined us here in Hewlett.

I was so thrilled when Dr Stephanie Waters and associates added this location to their practice. We had been driving well over 30 minutes to see them in their other office and that should indicate how we feel about the doctors and staff. We have a rescue dog with a lot of anxiety. Dr Waters and staff almost immediately entered her circle of trust and are true partners in working with us to manage our pet. They also took gentle, compassionate care of our 18 year old until he passed, helping him maintain a vital and healthy life to the end. I recommend this practice wholeheartedly and with no reservations.
