Ashley will greet you with a smile and walk you through your insurance and billing issues. Always everyone at the front is pleasant and incredibly helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this dental office. From the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. The entire team is kind, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They take the time to explain everything, never rush, and truly put patient comfort first. Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had, highly recommend!

I was very impressed with everything at Smiles by Design! From being greeted by Ashley to being seen right away by Dr.Jessica Klein. Their office was clean and well kept. The staff were efficient and friendly. Dr. Klein took her time explaining my dental concerns and the next steps to address them. I had such a positive experience. I would like to see if the initial paperwork could be done on line prior to the patients visit to cut down having to fill out forms in the office. That was the only part of my first experience I didn’t care for but other than that I give Smiles by Design. 10 stars!

The only dentist I will ever want to go to. Front desk staff is phenomenal. Hygienists don’t make you want to sob your eyes out. Dentists are very patient and have a great bedside manner. One time I started crying for no reason and Dr. Klein was extremely nice about it. Erica is the best hygienist and Ashley should probably run for president.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Kaminer since I was a child and 2+ decades later they’re still just as reliable and professional! Ashley is always such a pleasure but everyone there is! Most recently, Ashley was able to get me an appointment within 24hrs which is SO appreciated. Thank you smiles by design team for always making my visits a pleasant experience!
