Elaina’s job is to provide patient care. My daughter was working through difficult situations & Elaina was more of a problem. My daughter had a side effect to medication & Elaina didn’t believe the medicine caused the side effect. We asked for different medication & Elaina said not to come back saying that medicine had side effects too because “these meds don’t do that.” Not true. My daughter had a reaction to the second medicine too. My daughter has immune issues that can be triggered with medicine, viruses & surgery. I asked Elaina for a referral to a rheumatologist. Elaina said “a rheumatologist won’t see her with just these symptoms” so Elaina never tried. My daughter has a new Dr & referral to rheumatologist. I went in the office to report we’re being stalked to a mandated

I highly recommend this practice! Our provider is Kaley Grammatico. She goes ABOVE and BEYOND for my children. When she comes in to see them she creates small talk creating a sense of comfort and ease for the girls. She takes the time to listen the girls and understands their concerns. I appreciate the time she spends and her efforts to ensure they hare happy and healthy.

This is the best practice I’ve been too! The nurses are amazing and dr malamo is kind and well educated to work with you and your family to make sure your little is as healthy as possible! Nurse Jessica is also amazing

WORST practice I’ve ever been too, I DON’T RECOMMEND! the front desk staff is so rude and nasty, slams the window shut on the kids when they’re trying to talk to them.. and the doctors don’t even view the chart before going in… my son has a rare disease and the NP told him “if you walk normal, I’ll give you stickers” unprofessional and RUDE spoke to the supervisor about it the next day and she didn’t even care. Don’t take your kids here!! I would give zero stars if I could

We started with English road pediatrics years and years ago with Dr Almy-Albert whom is no longer with the practice (moved out of state). We chose Dr Shin for my daughter and James for my boys and we could not be more happy with our continued care there! Dr. Shin is AMAZING!!! She has been an absolute lifesaver for my daughter! She is kind and caring and understanding and she really listens. She spends the time and genuinely cares about her patients! We have never been rushed out of there and if they don't have the answer at the moment, they will call you later with it! You can tell she's a fantastic mom to her own kids! James is awesome! My boys were reaching a certain age just as our original doctor was leaving the practice and so being able to see a younger male physician was perfect! H
