Empire Dental Specialty Group - West Chester

I have had 2 appointments with Dr. Whipple at Empire Dental at the west Chester office and he is by far the kindest and most patient human being that I have ever met. He explained my options in detail and showed me my problem teeth on the computer and made sure that I understood so that we could make the best decision for me. This man has so much patience and concern for his patients. It’s hard to find someone like this. I totally felt cared for. Thank you Dr. Whipple for showing me that there are still caring people in this world.

They were all so very sweet and helpful. The consultation was quick and they were very informative and helpful. I will be getting adult braces with their office and I didn’t feel pressured to go with Invisalign nor did I feel embarrassed about my choice. Some dentist offices will surely pressure you to make their sale or shame you for not going with their recommendation. Not this office, they were very lovely from start to finish. We both agreed on traditional braces for my concerns and I was given a quite nice pricing package. They complimented my insurance, are in-network and worked around my coverage. Other offices I had been to lied about my coverage or just denied the fact that I had adult orthodontia coverage to a certain dollar amount to try to force me to pay out of pocket because

This Orthrodontist group is awesome!! The staff is soo nice and very helpful. My daughter has been going almost a year, and my youngest son just got his braces and they did a excellent job and very professional!!! The office is soo beautiful and decorated. The Orthrodontist is the best!! My kids love this group and their braces!!! Thank you Empire Dental you guys rock!!!!!

Loved how good Empire Dental was with my granddaughter today. The whole staff was extremely nice and made her feel very comfortable. I think she esp like the dentist who made her laugh and feel at ease.

My daughter had a horrible experience. She was sent home after a double extraction with no ice packs and the dental assistant failed to tell us the dentist actually prescribed an antibiotic., pain medicine and a muscle relaxer. As she was rushing my daughter to the car. she told her she could get some water in the car in response to her request for a sip of water . As the assistant was telling us to go home , she forgot to tell us about the prescription we needed to pick up. My daughter was in agony for several hours. Also, we have no idea what the dentist’s name is because he never introduced himself, nor asked my daughter if she had any questions or concerns. He didn’t even explain the procedure or what to expect afterwards. I would n’t recommend Empire Dental to anyone.
