I had a great experience here. The spa is clean, calm, and very relaxing, and my massage therapist was attentive throughout the session. I really enjoyed the 1-hour massage and left feeling refreshed. I booked and paid online, which was perfect, and the intake form asked all the relevant questions. If you pay online, be sure to mention it at checkin. I had to clarify that I had already paid. Overall a great experience and I would return. Highly recommend!

The front desk staff were professional and very welcoming, and the space itself is clean and well-maintained. My first session was a positive experience, which is why I decided to return for a second appointment with the same therapist a week after. Unfortunately, the second visit did not meet my expectations. I specifically requested a lighter massage similar to my first session, but the pressure used was much stronger than I was comfortable with, and I experienced significant soreness for weeks afterward. I had also requested a scalp massage, which she agreed to at the beginning of the session, but the focus remained almost entirely on my back. Lena was my practitioner. Although this was her 6th week at Elements she has a wealth of experience that I appreciated as she guided me through modalities that my body needed. My lymph massage was an excellent return to receiving bodywork and I will return. Thank you, Elements!
